My name is Troy Smith
My wife, Emily, and I are proud small business owners based in Henderson, NV.
I grew up in the power sports world—born and raised in my family’s motorcycle dealership—and bring over 30 years of experience in the power sports and automotive industries. I’ve held roles ranging from broom-sweeping apprentice to General Manager of high-volume, multi-line dealerships. In recent years, I’ve channeled my passion for photography and design into a new direction, diving headfirst into marketing and digital media. That path led us to launch Two Four Media—a creative marketing company built with small businesses in mind.
Today, Emily serves as CEO and leads our brand vision. With nearly two decades of office and operational experience, she’s the strategic engine that keeps everything moving—but more than that, she’s the driving force behind our creative direction, client experience, and brand development. Her leadership, eye for design, and deep care for our clients have helped shape Two Four Media into what it is today.
Together, we make a strong and balanced team. We treat your business like it’s our own—with dedication, attention to detail, and a personal touch that’s often hard to find.
We care, and it shows. When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us road-tripping along the West Coast with Gus the dog, always seeking new inspiration and a good cup of coffee.

STEPPING OFF THE LEDGE
Troy and Emily embark on their own entrepreneurial journey by founding Two Four Media LLC. It's a venture that is both thrilling and daunting as they step into the world of business ownership

TWO FOUR SPEED IS DEVELOPED
With so much of our business devoted to racing, we decided to branch off with the newly developed Two Four Speed. We also added social media services for race teams launching with Sigma Performance Services.

Data Usage: Information is used strictly for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

3. Payment and Billing

Fees: Services are billed monthly, with prices based on the chosen package.

Late Payment: Late fees apply as detailed in our Late Fee Policy.

Cancellation: Services can be canceled consistent with your agreement and with a 30-day notice.
4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Clients retain ownership of all original content provided to us.

Usage Rights: We hold the right to use client content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Dispute Resolution

Process: Any disputes should first be addressed through direct communication with our team.

Jurisdiction: Disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Extent: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect damages or losses due to service use or interruption.

Two Four Media Late Fee Policy

Late Fee: A late fee of $250 will be applied to any payments that are not received within 21 days of the due date.

Interest Rate: In addition to the late fee, an interest rate of 29% will be charged on the outstanding balance. This interest will accrue every 30 days from the original due date until the balance is paid in full.

Reconnection Fee: If services are suspended due to non-payment, a reconnection fee will be charged to resume services. This fee is equal to the cost of one month's service, based on the client's current plan.

Payment Reminders: Clients will receive payment reminders before the due date. Continued failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Payment Options: Various payment options are available for convenience. Clients facing financial difficulties are encouraged to contact us at info@twofoursocial.com to discuss possible arrangements.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 3 days of the billing date. After this period, charges are considered valid and must be paid in full.

Service Termination: Continued non-payment may lead to termination of services. Reinstatement will require payment of all outstanding balances, including late fees, accrued interest, and any applicable reconnection fees.
