My name is Troy Smith

My wife, Emily, and I are proud small business owners based here in Henderson, NV. 


I was born and raised in the family motorcycle dealership and have over 30 years of experience in the power sports and automotive industry. Iv'e held roles from head of broom sweeping all the way to General Manager of large volume multi-line motorcycle dealerships.


In recent years, I've been able to combine my love of photography and graphic design to transition fields into something I enjoy doing. I've learned to love the word algorithm and found a new passion in marketing and digital media that has brought us to Two Four Media.


Emily takes the reigns on our admin side. Successfully leveraging nearly twenty years of experience in the office with a “get it done attitude.” Together we make a great team and we will treat your business like it’s our business.


We care, and it shows. When we're not working, we love to spend time with Gus the dog and road trip the West coast.

TroTroy and Emily embark on their own entrepreneurial journey by founding Two Four Media LLC. It's a venture that is both thrilling and daunting as they step into the world of business ownership



With so much of our business devoted to racing, we decided to branch off with the newly developed Two Four Speed. We also added social media services for race teams launching with Sigma Performance Services.

  • Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide necessary access to social media accounts and adhere to agreed-upon strategies.

  • Service Limitations: We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as follower count increase or sales conversions.

2. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect client information necessary for account management, including contact details and social media credentials.

  • Data Usage: Information is used strictly for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Security: We implement robust security measures to protect client data.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Fees: Services are billed monthly, with prices based on the chosen package.

  • Late Payment: Late fees apply as detailed in our Late Fee Policy.

  • Cancellation: Services can be canceled consistent with your agreement and with a 30-day notice.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Clients retain ownership of all original content provided to us.

  • Usage Rights: We hold the right to use client content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Process: Any disputes should first be addressed through direct communication with our team.

  • Jurisdiction: Disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada.

6. Service Modifications

  • Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice.

  • Notifications: Clients will be informed of significant changes to services or policies.

7. User Conduct

  • Compliance: Clients must ensure that their content complies with applicable laws and social media platform policies.

  • Prohibited Content: We do not accept content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Extent: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

  • Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect damages or losses due to service use or interruption.

Two Four Media Late Fee Policy

  1. Late Fee: A late fee of $250 will be applied to any payments that are not received within 21 days of the due date.

  2. Interest Rate: In addition to the late fee, an interest rate of 29% will be charged on the outstanding balance. This interest will accrue every 30 days from the original due date until the balance is paid in full.

  3. Reconnection Fee: If services are suspended due to non-payment, a reconnection fee will be charged to resume services. This fee is equal to the cost of one month's service, based on the client's current plan.

  4. Payment Reminders: Clients will receive payment reminders before the due date. Continued failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

  5. Payment Options: Various payment options are available for convenience. Clients facing financial difficulties are encouraged to contact us at to discuss possible arrangements.

  6. Disputes: Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 3 days of the billing date. After this period, charges are considered valid and must be paid in full.

  7. Service Termination: Continued non-payment may lead to termination of services. Reinstatement will require payment of all outstanding balances, including late fees, accrued interest, and any applicable reconnection fees.

  8. Policy Amendments: Two Four Social Media reserves the right to amend this policy. Please visit this page for changes.
